5. Intellectual Property

All work products, methodologies, and proprietary information developed during the engagement remain the intellectual property of M.S. Ramprasad unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended business purpose.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, proprietary data, and business strategies shared during our professional engagement. This confidentiality obligation survives termination of our professional relationship.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms, rates, and schedules will be clearly defined in individual service agreements. Services may be billed hourly, project-based, or retainer basis as mutually agreed upon.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
